2. Wait List

By joining our Wait List, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

• No Obligation to Purchase: Joining the Wait List is entirely free and does not legally obligate you to purchase any products, courses, or private lesson packages when they become available.
• First in Line: The Wait List grants you early notification of upcoming openings, new courses, and promotional offers before they are announced to the general public.
• Availability Constraints: Products, offerings, and private lesson slots are strictly subject to availability. Joining the Wait List does not guarantee you a confirmed spot in any program.
• Prioritization: When new places or offerings become available, they will be filled on a strict first-come, first-served basis. Priority is granted to individuals who are actively enrolled on the Wait List, but it is not determined chronologically by the exact time or order in which you signed up. Responding promptly to availability emails is required to secure your place.
• Communication: By joining the Wait List, you consent to receive email communications regarding Keystone English availability, services, and promotions. You may opt out of these emails at any time.

3. Services and Pricing

All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify our pricing, packages, and course offerings at any time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect lesson packages that have already been purchased and confirmed.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations of private lessons must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting the lesson. Refunds for online courses and digital products are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the specific guarantee provided at the time of purchase, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
